Lower abdominal pain: This 23yo female, sexually active with complaint of lower abdominal pain. Patient in this case did not mention any vaginal discharge, LMP or if she is on any contraceptive. Why did I bleed during sex? I've got no stds, it also wasn't my period, but there was quite a lot of blood, I've also got lower abdomen pain afterwards.

Blood=tissue damage: Any active non-menstrual bleeding/spotting you have after intercourse would reflect some type of injury to tissues exposed to the mechanical forces involved. If you are soaking pads you need to be evaluated. ...Read more

What does it mean when I'm STD free but have a milky white discharge accompanied by lower abdomen pain back pain heartburn and headaches could this be a sign of early pregnancy?

What does it mean when I'm STD free but have a milky white discharge accompanied by lower abdomen pain back pain heartburn and headaches could this be a sign of early pregnancy?

Bacterial vaginosis?: We all have bacteria living in our vagina. Sometimes "bad" bacteria grow there, which can cause some discomfort (often not though) with milky, yellow, greenish discharge, sometimes with fishy smell. This happens more with multiple partners, douching, and smoking. Lower abdominal and back pain are more concerning for uterus or colon problems, and heartburn is unlikely related. Please see OB/GYN ...Read more
