I don't know the: Cause of your symptoms. If you engage in unprotected receptive anal sex that puts you at risk for developing rectal chlamydia - although it is often asymptomatic in women. More info needed: Persistent right lower abdominal discomfort could be due to an inflamed appendix, an inflamed segment of intestine (ileitis) or right ovarian problems. See a doctor: Menstrual bleeding that lasts for 13 days is not normal and can cause anemia. There are many possible causes but the diagnosis requires much more history, an exam, and appropriate testing. If the pregnancy test was negative, it is less likely that you are pregnant.
