I am experiencing lower abdominal pain (side: right) and low back pain. And I went to the er but they did nothing for my pain ?

Monthly?: Many gyne issues, endometriosis, menstrual cramps, ovarian cysts will cause those symptoms (predictably) monthly. Pregnancy can cause that.
