Anything: Lots of things could cause it. I assume you have had an ultrasound to confirm that it is an intra-uterine pregnancy and not ectopic. It could be stretching of the uterus, or the ligaments. 4mo amenorrea: Hi Theresa. If def cnot pregnant, then you are having anovulatory cycles which are very long cycles. You can correct the cycles with hormones but wont improve fertility, and if u want to fall pregnant you will probably need clomid (clomiphene) etc to stimulate ovulation.
