I have lower abdominal pain after emptying my bladder but that's the only time I feel that mild pain. What does it mean?

You are sick!: Any pain can cause nausea if severe. If you are feeling the need to urinate or have a BM along with the pain then something is wrong either in the bladder or lower colon.
