Common problems: Back pain is common after abdominal surgery due to position on the operating table. Problems with bowel movements are also common, due to pain meds and stress of surgical procedure and general anesthesia. These should all slowly get better within 6-12 weeks after the operation. It could be anal fissure, or possibly another colon/anal issue. Intolaerance...: If you have abdominal pain and possibly bloating and diarrhe after milk , it could be lactose intolerance. Cramping in abdomen can simply be radiating to the back becasue of nerves connetion and so called"transferred pain" . Kepp your food diary and pay attention to any further symptoms. I have rectal bleeding diarrhea bloated stomach nausea severe lower back pain. The back pain lessens when my bowels are empty.
See GI: From your profile, it appears you have had a colonoscopy. Depending on when that was performed, you may need another. Bleeding is never normal, so you need to see the GI again. Tough to say, but there could be several causes, that hopefully with some testing and a good exam will be found.
