Need more info ...: It would be impossible to say what is causing your 6 years of symptoms from just your short description. You need to see your doctor, and AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I would normally say you should rush to the emergency room, but, if you've had these for 6 years it could probably wait until Monday for you to schedule a regular appointment.
