See your MD: You need a careful history, full exam, imaging and to be followed very closely. Eclampsia can occur in the postpartum period. How's your blood pressure? Any symptoms? Did you have HELLP syndrome diagnosed? Elevated liver enzymes can be caused by several other mechanisms including hepatic vein occ. 3 problems: 1. Bleeding after intercourse in some one who has had a hysterectomy is not common. The doctor will need to do an exam to determine where the bleeding is coming from since you have no uterus. 2. Right sided pain if severe and/or associated with nausea, fever or vomiting could indicate appendicitis and prompt evaluation is needed. 3.
