Autoimmune thyroid disease is not uncommonly seen in the postpartum period as a woman's immune system revs back up after delivery. Consider followup: Based on the results you reported, you are actually hyperthyroid. If you are on thyroid replacement, you are likely overreplaced. However, it may be limited to interpret the labs accurately if you are take Cytomel (liothyronine) or T3 preparations. Your exhaustion is unlikely to be related to your current thyroid levels. Hypothyroid may make someone fatigue but hyperthyroid state does not. ...Read more

It depends,,,: Since thyroid levels are important during pregnancy, a normal TSH range is the best indicator of no disease.
