Delivery: Perspective is that 21% is the concentration from the air we breath. 2-3% increase in concentration is from each liter of oxygen added. So 1 liter is about 24% and this can go through a nasal canula tube. Over 4-5 liters, you cannot get this from a canula and need continuous flow to maintain the concentration. Sounds like PCOS: These levels show you have not ovulated by day 16 due to the lower progesterone. Typically throughout the month the fsh is higher than the lh. The lh goes up just before ovulation to trigger the release of the egg. This is what on ovulation predictor kit is checking for. You could be seeing the lh surge just before ovulation which could happen as late as day 20, or it could be high b/c of pcos. ...Read more
