Ask pediatrician...: If they are not sure, consider referral to a geneticist. Make sure the child had all his routine neonatal testing including bloodwork and a hearing screen. Yes: Of course, any physical feature can be altered at a later time with a referral to a cosmetic surgeon. Whether you can get the outcome desired or if the skull is formed a certain way may decide how much correction can be made.
