Low WBC: Low white blood count can be a variant of normal. The normals on a lab report are based on a "bell shaped curve" of normal. Many, especially those with ancestry from the mediterranean region, have a lower white count (~3.0-3.9). Low cd4/cd8: Normal ratio for cd4/cd8 is 2.0, so yours is low. By leukocyte, do you mean WBC as part of the CBC? Do you know the total lymphocyte count? The ratio indicates that you either have low CD4 count or a high CD8 count. This may be transient in response to acute infection or due to chronic inflammatory process. Possible UTI: WBC in the urine possibly suggest urinary tract infection..urine culture is needed. The rest of the abnormalities are nonspecific and require thorough exam and to follow the trend and see how they going particually the ALT. Slightly raised co2 is not usually a problem. ...Read more

You have a uti: when a urinalysis shows large Leukocytes and nitrites positive you have a urinary tract infection and need antibiotics pending the culture report. On your blood test, you said leukocytes high which indicates infection. if you have fever and chills and back pain, could be kidney infection and may need treatment at Emergency Room now. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
