I can't afford weight loss surgery and am thinking of starting the 5 bite diet to get me started and to a healthier weight. Is this a good option?

Weight Loss Surgery (Definition)

Surgical procedures for obesity may be appropriate for some dangerously obese people, and they may reduce heart problems and many of the risks associated with obesity.
