Then, make sure you take at least 60-70 grams or lean protein per day, less than 50 grams of carbs (fiber does not count), and keep the fat below 20 grams, all from fish or plant based. Congratulations: Congratulations on attempting to lose weight! the problem with diets is that they are sometimes unsustainable. If you are eating 1300 calories per day and are not hungry this is a sign that you were maybe overeating before. The best solution is to make long term lifestyle changes. Opinions, opinions: I don't think it will matter too much - so a big part of your answer will be which you like better. Also different brands can differ. But, i've heard from nutritionist friends that the range from whole to fat free is much smaller than the public thinks.
