Yes, but...: Has your stage-4 kidney disease occurred before or after Herceptin with low dose of taxol? Herceptin is known to have significant adverse effects on to the kidneys and Taxol is not. However, each SSRI has unique pharmacological properties and just because you had an adverse reaction to Zoloft (sertraline) doesn't necessarily predict how you'll respond to other SSRI's.
