Weight 345 now 331. Heart rate was 70-80's now 50-60's resting. Eating low carb, low fat, low sugar With housework it's 114. Is it safe?

I'm not worried about that change. I presume you are not on any blood sugar lowering medicine. Depends: Cardizem is a good rate controling agent and usually a fairly mild BP medication. Unfortunately untill you try it wont really know. Would start at low dose and work up to higher doses as tolerated. If you feel light headed or dizzy on the medication stop it and notify your doctor so they can make a change. ...Read more
