I'm beginning a lifestyle change with a low carb high protein for improved fitness and weight loss . What is a good sweetener, for say plain yogurt?

I see an emphasis on low carb eating, even from bariatric docs here. Are fruit, yogurt, high fiber cereal not recommended for weight loss?

Sure, but...: Those no carb diets all work by the same mechanism every diet on earth works by: less calories in. The key is that if you eat enough calories to gain weight but do it from fats and protein alone, it'll make you sick, so most people end up eating substantially less.
