Stick with monos!: Saturated and poly-unsaturated fats are to be avoided if you can substitute everything with monos. Of course, this is impossible, but i've got a better one for you. The latest info is LDL particle number is the only true independent risk factor for predicting vascular events. If you know this much now, go have your fasting NMR test done.
