I have a 17 yr old boy that has had ablation for SVT 2 years ago. Is it possible that it did not take? He is having fluutering shortness of breath, chest pains high blood pressure, fast heart rate.

If the heart and lungs are fine, no anemia etc but the brain receives less blood due to say hypotension could it cause shortness of breath?
Highly Unlikely!: Hypotension drives dizziness, slowness of mental function, etc; dyspnea (shortness of breath) very unlikely. Dyspnea typically a result of exercise, anxiety &/or increased congestion in lungs, as perceived in brain.
