Generally, the blood pressure rises with age sometimes resulting in hypertension.
The heart rate of 95 is on the faster side for resting, but may still be normal for you.

Could be.: Very high pulse and low BP is a harbinger of shock. Go to the E.R.!!: Many things can cause a heart rate of 180 and low blood pressure of 80/60, unfortunately none of them are good. Arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation or flutter and supra-ventricular tachycardia can cause hypotension. Other conditions would be significant dehydration or anemia.
