Not unless dizzy: Generally, the blood pressure rises with age sometimes resulting in hypertension. The heart rate of 95 is on the faster side for resting, but may still be normal for you. Make sure you are not dehydrated. Symptoms of heat intolerance, dry skin, hair loss, can suggest high thyroid. Your doctor may want to check this.
