I had blood work done red blood cells white blood cells and platelets were all low also hemocrit among others does this indicate leukemia?

Low platelet count: This is sometimes referred to as idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura . if you are not having any problems with easy bruising or bleeding then you can just watch this with your PCP. If you are having symptoms then you need to see a hematologist for treatment.
