The actual number, in and of itself, is not dangerous if all organs remain working fine. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

This is weird: "Low blood pressure" in someone who's out walking around in the ordinary world isn't a bona fide illness. This may be a case of a common truism -- seeing too many physicians. You can't make his health care decisions for him, but you can develop your own discernment for charlatanism. ...Read more

I got my pod pressure checked and i'm a 50 yr old female with diabetes and it was130 over 80, I use to be kinda low? Is this ok?
This is borderline: I assume you meant blood pressure. 130/80 is the upper level of blood pressure that we consider normal in a young diabetic like you. Depends: If you have a persistent drop in blood pressure (at least 10 %) without any reason and not feeling well, this is troublesome and requires evaluation. Make sure that you were not dehydrated when the BP was taken. I'd doubt however that the lower BP is the cause for your headache. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Depends: "too low" implies that it is a problem. 70 is lower than average but would not raise an eyebrow. 50-60 is unusual and would lead me to think, why? If you feel well it is probably not a problem. But if the diastolic pressure is on the low side, i would consider things that might cause that even if the patient is well. Leaking of the aortic valve for instance can cause a low diastolic pressure. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
