Stretch and walk: Stretching and walking are the best for low back pain radiating to the leg. Lie on your back with one leg flat and bring the other knee up to your chest and hold for 10 seconds, then alternate legs. Repeat that 3 times. Do this every day. Try to walk at least 5 minutes 3 times a day. Ice and heat can help. Drink adequate fluids. If you tolerate them, you can take acetaminophen and/or naproxen.

NEED A WORKUP: Could be anything from a female issue such as ovarian cyst or muscle pull. I would see your gynecologist or primary physician as a first place to start. Back issues such as herniated discs or facet problems can also cause back and groin pain. You need a workup if this continues.See 1 more doctor answer

Maybe diverticulitis: There could be a lot of reasons for this but the first one I think it was the reticulitis. It would be best for you to see your physician and get this clarified. There are other conditions that can cause, discomfort. It may be a simple issue but it needs to be evaluated.
I've been experiencing low back pain that went to groin & it feels like my hip socket is grinding together. What could it be? No pain in leg.
Hip: Most painful conditions in the hip cause pain in the groin area, so I suspect it maybe an issue with the hip itself, which would go along with your complaints of a grinding sensation in the hip as well. The most common things we see are arthritic problems in the hip or an internal derangement of the hip such as a labral tear. An exam, X-ray, and possibly an MRI can likely determine the cause.See 1 more doctor answer

Nerve impingement: Can be caused by being sandwiched between two spinal bones, pressed by a bulging. It can cause muscle spasm and back pain. Prevention treatment is always recommended. This condition must be professionally managed. See interventional pain management specialist for definitive diagnosis and management. It is the same as a pinched nerve.See 1 more doctor answer
Hip pain from injury that won't go away after 5 weeks. Now causing low back pain, inner thigh pain by groin, and buttocks pain. What can I do?
Sacroiliac ligament: Sounds like you are having referred pain from sacroiliac (SI) dysfunction. Would be good to be evaluated for this by your family doctor. Best treatment is a small injection of anesthesia and steroid into the specific area of the SI ligament. Depending on injury, could also be a hop labral tear that can give same symptoms. You need to be evaluated in person.

Yes it could be tiny: It could be small stones or "gravel" or other things. You should see your doctor. Usually stones cause severe pain when they block the internet.
Hip labral debridement 2 weeks ago - still have groin pain, but now a bad ache, thigh pain and low back pain also - is this normal? Not on crutches
Possible: I would not be surprised if you continued to have these symptoms just 2 weeks after this procedure. However, you really should check with the orthopedist who did the procedure to determine what the typical recovery period should be and what you should expect.
