Nausea/vomiting, chest pain, diarrhea, blood, tenderness, fever may better clarify whether your back pain is "referred" (such as from esophagus, pancreas, gallbladder). See your PCP for an: Examination and detailed Hx, as from your Hx, one cannot diagnose just one possibility.
A Gall bladder inflammation may cause almost all the symptoms, but not all. A urinary infection with shoulder problem may be responsible.
To be Diagnosed you need a detailed Hx, complete examination and labs and Imaging modalities.

Back pain: If pain is mid to lower back on right side gallstone could be responsible but usually more behind right shoulder blade. The nausea and lack of appetite is concerning especially if this is after a high fat or high protein meal. See your provider. May need abd CT and labs. ...Read more
