Yes it is safe but: They both work differently as Lotemax (loteprednol) is steroid preparation and optivair an anti inflammatory drops.But you can only use these together for short period, as prolonged use of steroid drops can cause side effects, but optivair can be used alone after that so limit the combined use for short term only. ...Read more
