Cervical Spine: might be the reason for your pain... It is rare to have something associated with a fracture suddenly after so much time. Your symptoms sound like radiculopathy, possibly coming from the lower cervical spine, and it can make an old wound in the trajectory hurt worse... but that is not likely the source of your new pain.
