Could be nerve: Hard to tell based on limited information. Many times neck and shoulder muscles when injured will cause a radiation of pain in the arm and a sensation of tingling.

However, if there is any associated weakness you should be evaluated by a ORTHO/NERUO/PM&R promptly.

Also if there is any nausea or sweating with it get to ER for cardiac work up....you are young for that but you never know. ...Read more
