Certainly might: Rapid weight loss (such as crash dieting) will cause loss of structural fat, such as that in the finger pads and the bottoms of our feet. Anxiety/Physical: it certainly can be a symptoms of anxiety, please refer to my previous answers on physical symptoms of anxiety. in addition, it does not hurt to Rule out things like Carpal Tunnel syndrome which gives pain and tingling in the fingers , during the night the hand may in a flexion position which aggravates that, see your Doctor to evaluate for that. thanks and get better ...Read more
