Define "total": Please clarify what you mean by "total". I see that you have had CTR. Does "total" mean that ALL THE FINGERS are involved vs the first 3 fingers of either hand? NEUROPATHIC : Your description sounds like neuropathic pain. Give the wise distance in areas ie feet and teeth , it could very well be a vitamin deficiency or diabetes . You need a full exam labs especially TFTS/b12/folate/vitD /Lyme titers.
