1: Have someone take you now to the nearest Emergency facility.
2: Contact your primary doctor and explain your problems. He will know what to do but you might not get an appointment immediately, that's why I started with the Emergency group.

Gastroenteritis: This could be food poisoning or a "stomach flu" such as viral gastroenteritis. Get rest, stay hydrated, and eat a bland diet. This should pass in a few days. Sudden nausea that comes and goes. Sweaty palms and feeling hot all over. No fever. Loss of appetite. Increase in passing gas.
Lightheaded: Probably dehydrated. Drink at least 2 liters of water and see if this resolves. You will be surprised how you will feel. If that does not work, you could be coming down with a virus in which case the treatment is the same with some Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for any ache or pains.
