Hernia: It sure still sounds like a hernia. The quality of ultrasound varies tremendously based on the equipment and also the technician, I would not hesitate to get a second opinion. Need more info: Need more info. Do you feel one small testis on the left? Do you feel a normal testis and an additional small "ball"? If two "balls" on left side are they connected or do they feel separate? This could be just a small testis, spermatocele, epididymal cyst, varicocele, or an abnormal growth.
