Nutrition & exercise: Complicated question. 1st, go see your family doc & make sure you're otherwise healthy aside from obesity. Make sure your thyroid is normal. Then get consult to talk w/nutritionist & physical therapist. Not eating a lot is not the way to lose weight. You have to eat smart & healthy so talk to registered dietician. Lots of protein is key.
