See details: Recent studies have questioned whether supplemental calcium has any benefit for preventing or treating bone loss. I currently do not recommend supplemental calcium above small doses. Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen): Take them early before the cramps get too bad and take 2 of the aleve (naproxen) twice a day and 3-4 of the Ibuprofen 3 times a day. You aso can soak in a hot tub. That often helps as well. Hope that helps. ...Read more
