No standard.: Use an app 4 ur phone & keep up to date so u don't forget, also apps 2 count ur calories 4 each bite, portion u eat, if the daily in/out r = u will stay the same. By adding more exercise & cutting calories so calories out is >than in u win the greater the negative balance the faster u will loose.
