What's the fastest way to lose weight I just gave birth 6 months ago my second C-section I'm 5ft9 and 215lbs?
Healthy weight loss: Getting enough sleep after delivering a baby is one of the most challenging things for moms, and it helps our metabolism and weight in a big way. Eating regularly (3 meals a day), balanced (protein, healthy fats and low glycemic carbohydrates) with every meal and snack, drinking adequate plain water, seeing the sun regularly all help. Daily exercise, if there is time, can be low impact.
C section or natural? Have very bad scaring from 1st birth. Would like to have natural birth but gp recommends C-section for subsequent pregnancies
Depends: Scarring of the uterus after a c-section is a major reason why women have to have repeat c-sections. Part of the problem is that even though the scar may not look bad before the uterus stretches during pregnancy, it may get really bad as your uterus expands to accommodating the growing fetus. Think of a balloon inflating, a small problem can rapidly get bigger. Best to be cautious.See 2 more doctor answers
Yes, but? Natural?: If your question is about vaginal birth, that may be possible unless something about your body led to the c-section in the first place. It happens a lot under closely monitored conditions. You wouldn't want to try it at home because you would be at higher risk of needing a CS. Most delivering hospitals would monitor your progress in labor but have an operating room available if you needed it.See 1 more doctor answer
I had 2 kids with c-section so I was wonder when can I have another the baby and can I have natural birth?
Possibly: Whether you can deliver a baby vaginally or not depends a lot upon the reason (s) that you had C-sections with your 2 kids; and the surgical procedure used in performing the C-sections. Vaginal delivery after C-section is fairly common. I have certainly delivered a baby naturally to a woman who had had 2 prior C-sections, both mother and baby did very well.See 2 more doctor answers

There's no such: Thing as natural spot fat loss. You need to lose weight in general ; a certain % will be abdominal fat. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; “bicycling” exercise on your back. Usually yes: Vaginal birth after a c/section (vbac) is a topic you may wish to discuss with your obstetrician or midwife. Several individual factors may influence your decision, so it's hard to answer your question more specifically. In addition, some obstetricians will not offer vbac because of the the risk, albeit small, of a ruptured uterus.
What happens if you've had a c-section done is there any chance that you can give birth naturally for ur second child?
Discuss with your OB: There is a procedure known as VBAC, vaginal delivery after C-section. Many women have done this successfully. It would depend on the reason for the C-section. If you had a recurring problem, (cephalic-pelvic disproportion) it might not be such a good idea. If it was a non-recurrent problem, (fetal distress), it would be more reasonable to attempt a VBAC. Discuss this with you OB.
