For one: You probably should remove the hardware. Increased uptake is informing you there is bone activity. You don't state on what phase. This could indicate a fracture or infection.... Lost 35 lbs and did not lose a full pant size. Why? Cannot do weight bearing exercise. Did indoor walk w/cardio, weights and low impact leg exercises.
