Need More Info: Ovarian drilling is a procedure that has variable effectiveness. It also is dependent on how aggressive an ovarian drilling was performed. Also, Clomid (clomiphene) may take upto 4 cycles to work. It may be best to see if you ovulate on your own after the drilling.
