When I talk sometimes I lose my breath? Is the normal? Is something wrong? Should I be concerned? Also when I breathe I breathe heavily?
I'm 26 yr old female and I'm obese and a smoker and recently I have noticed I lose my breath furequently when walking or even just talking to much?
Needs evaluation: Impossible to say just from your symptoms. At 26, unless you are a very heavy smoker, have been smoking for a very long time, or have unusual sensitivity, it would be uncommon to have significant lung problems, but it is possible.
