First - would: ask if you are over-weight? If you have normal weight - losing just to be skinny is often not the best idea. Second - concerned that you want to lose this much weight over such a brief period of time. Too fast: Trying to loose 30 pounds in 2 months is too fast for any healthy program. Exercise raises your metabolic rate for awhile after you finish in addition to burning the calories associated with the exercise. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables as well as fiber will help keep you feeling full. Be sure you get plenty of water. It takes 2 molecules of water to burn 1 molecule of fat.
