Bad Math: 1 lb fat=3500 calories not 350. You didn't mention your weight but in general a 1200 calorie diet will result in 1-2 lbs lost each week. You shouldn't go below that level in order to maintain adequate nutrition. Consider exercising more. Walking, treadmill, elliptical, swimming, cycling for 30 minutes 5 times per week.
