Please consider a: More moderate rate of loss. Losing faster than 2 pounds a week is fairly rapid. Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables ; 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar ; junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda ; caffeinated beverages. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. That is a bit much: A more realistc goal is 1-1.5 pounds per week. Track calories & exercise. Decrease total calories you consume and increase exercise to lose weight. Good app for tracking diet and exercise is "my fitness pal". ...Read more

Muscle mass/Body Fat: How much weight training are you doing? As muscle weighs more than fat, you may be building muscle and although your percent body fat would be declining, your weight could potentially be increasing. Bad Math: 1 lb fat=3500 calories not 350. You didn't mention your weight but in general a 1200 calorie diet will result in 1-2 lbs lost each week. You shouldn't go below that level in order to maintain adequate nutrition. Consider exercising more. Walking, treadmill, elliptical, swimming, cycling for 30 minutes 5 times per week. If a obese person completely changes their diet and walks daily does that warrant losing 3 lbs a wk? Seems like a lot to me. I weigh 270 I was 320 . Or could this be fatty liver getting worse

Normal : The heavier the weight the faster you'll lose but it will slow down since your metabolism with weight loss slows down as well. So 3 ibs per week at 320 or 270 with the right diet and exercise is normal but it'll most likely slow down th fatty liver will improve with weight loss. ...Read more
