I read if you do low- intensity exercise a few days a week aim for 3 to 5 grams of carbs per kilogram of body weight. I don't do that so how many carb?

If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle. Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon,... 12 yr olds have neither cars nor money, someone is buying it for her, stop it, what is to stop her from gaining another 50 kg in the next years? you would not let her stay out to 1 AM or go on internet unsupervised, so it is with food. Take her shopping and find out what low calorie substitutes she would like. List of worst food in order: drinks with sugar, fast foods, fried foods, bad sacks

information I always recommend a patient with Chest Pain to be check by a physician. A good history and physical needed for a better assessment and recommendation. At your age I doubt heart condition, but better check to be sure.

healthy weight loss goal. To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.
