Tough answer: It is almost impossible to determine what a rash is without being able to see the rash. If they appear to be similar to mosquito bites, they might be hives. Hives will respond to antihistamines, though Allegra or zyrtec would be a better choice than claritin (loratadine). ...Read more

Yes: There are no adverse interactions between these things. Make sure you take a high-quality multivit. At least 1/3 of adults can't convert Folic Acid to the active form, l-5-mthf ; anxiety/high BP makes it likely you need a multivit that has the l-5-mthf form.
