I have type2 diabetes i workout 1-2 hours a day I have also changed my eating habits can not lose weight.Can prescription weight loss pills help?
Not a good idea: It is harder for diabetics taking Insulin to lose weight. But current weight loss drugs are not very good; lots of side effects. If you are doing what you say, you may be healthier than you think. Have you lost inches (but not weight)? Are your glu and cholesterol levels better? There may be hidden calories in what you eat.
