Longer Menstraul Cycle Could That Be A Sign Of Menaoause
What's going on and should I be concerned with a menstraul cycle lasting longer than two weeks, very heavy, lots of painful cramping? First time ever.
Is it true the menstraul cycle can range from 21-35 days? I am 5 days late, its been 30 days no sign of period should i wait 5 more days?
Period late: Since stress and emotional turmoil from any cause can delay ovulation, and the "period" always comes almost exactly 14 days after ovulation, the menses can be from 21 to 35 days depending on when ovulatin occurs. Most women do not vary more than a day or two, so if your period does not come in the next five days, obtain a serum pregnancy test, and if negative see your health provider. ...Read more

Haven't heard of it: Haven't heard of elevation changes causing changes in one's menstrual cycle. However, humans and animals are affected by the amount of sunlight they get, so there might be hormonal differences that occur if there is a big difference in sunlight (above fog/smog/clouds vs. Below fog/smog/clouds, or being indoors most of the time vs. Being outdoors most of the time) after a woman changes elevations. ...Read more
I'm 31 years old and my menstraul cycle as always been 4 weeks apart with the odd day out, but this time I've only gone 2 weeks then one started again?
Whoops, there it is!: Whoops, Mother Nature has "messed up" again by a too(two) frequent period. Journal your menstrual periods for the next 3 months and if this trend of every other week periods continues you need to go see a MD to find out why and reduce your expenditures on Kimberly Clark products(pads/tampons). ...Read more
