No and NO!: Alcohol is bad for your immune system, makes you more susceptible to a variety of infections and makes it harder for you to get over them. If you are sexually active, you are spreading your mono, which unless you inform your sexual partners that you have, you are putting them at risk of your illness. This is irresponsible, at the very least. In addition, most people with mono need a lot of rest. ...Read more
