? Tendons: Need more info. Main 1is @ outer elbow also called tennis elbow. If this is it, it's self limiting. U usually find out fast what makes it worse & can try 2avoid it. U also learn little tricks along the way 2 avoid aggravating it. More rx = splints injection surgery nsaids. I have had it in both elbows &. No rx just found ways 2 cheat and it went away. Twitching: Since this is so positional, I doubt any inflammation is present, but muscle fatigue and cramping and /or nerve impingement when holding that arm position for a prolonged period may play a role.
