Could be : Gabapentin side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, asthenia, weight gain, ankle/foot swelling, and maximal dose is quite low. Safety: Gabapentin has been around since early 1970s and used for lots of conditions into the very high doses. Typically no causative issues with degenerative problems like parkinsons. At least 2000 Vit D: Vitamin d should be at least 2000iu possibly 5000. Calcium, depends on your diet, what type of calcium and how much. If you are a vegetarian your requirements for calcium are different than if you aren't. Better question!: You've got a better question this time about gabapentin and tic disorders. When you say "Tic" do you mean Tic doloreaux, do you mean Tic disorder such as Tourette's Syndrome, or something else? If you're talking about the former then, gabapentin in not all that effective for most people. It's even worse for Tourette's.
