If my dizziness is related to the increase of my antidepressant doxepin would it go away if I lower the dose? How long would it take to notice?

A week or so: Dizziness is common particularly at high doses of this medication. Low dose is 10mg -25 mg in my opinion. Does less for depression at lower doses so more typical 50mg+ is used. Side effects common. May take one week or more to get rid of side effects. Lower dose by no more than 25mg a week. ...Read more
