Likely side effects: If there have been no other major changes for you and no other symptoms, the most likely cause is the dose increases of medication. It may go away with time at the same doses or a more gradual increase could prevent the issue. Sometimes going with one at a time instead of both avoids this and you never need the other change at all. Discuss with your doctor for further assistance. Good luck! ...Read more

I have GAD& My anxiety's been out of control for a long time. I've tried klonopin and buspar, neither worked. Is there another med you'd recommend?
Anxiety medication: I would consider an antidepressant that is also used for GAD. The SSRI's such as citalopram or sertraline are such examples. These medications help with longer-term anxiety management. I would also recommend finding a therapist if you don't have one already, as a therapist can help you develop tools and skills to manage anxiety as a supplement to any medications you may take. ...Read more
