Long Runs Stiff Sore Legs
I am having soreness and stiffness in my leg. Is that considered spasticity? Also, what can be done to keep the leg warm. Is this something a primary care or neurology should handle?

calf pain: There are many possible answers. Was it associated with a blow or injury (hematoma)? If no injury you may have an exercise induced compartment syndrome.
